so...
finally an update after 4 months!
it hasn't been an easy break.
i still miss Fynn.
i had to quit my job at the movie theater because i moved.
i had to move back home.

i got into Chapman University in California for Grad school.
i most likely won't be going because I can't afford it.
i still can't find a job.

i woke up to my father screaming at me from the other room.
all he kept saying was "BECKY!! COME HERE!!" over and over.
i ran in to see my best friend, my polydactyl cat, Huckleberry Fynnigan, lying on the floor next to my parent's bed.
he wasn't moving.
he was just there.
we rushed him to the vet.
they told me he either had an aneurysm or a heart problem.
both are unnoticeable.
i don't know how to handle this.
he was only 2 years old as of a month ago.
he's been my best friend through everything.
i just don't know what to do.

i really did this set because i'm avoiding studying for the GRE.
and applying to jobs.
meh...

yay!
a set...
so, last night I found out I'm also having a poem published in a literary journal coming out in July.
i also had a gallbladder attack on the 1st of April.
it was painful and I was collapsed on my bathroom floor.
i spent from midnight to 6:30 AM in the emergency room trying to figure out what was wrong.
i ended up having surgery on the 6th to have it removed.
a gallbladder is supposed to be the size of a pinky toe, but mine was the size of a man's thumb.
it had about seventeen large stones lodged in it.
i have four incisions on my abdomen.
so, i'm recovering from that.
i can't eat a lot of things.
right now, i just eat sliced turkey, wheat bread, and powerade.
i'm hoping it will get better soon.
but this is why i've been inactive.
